Jean-Pierre Ouellet

 peewee2_2017.jpg

Jean-Pierre “PeeWee” Ouellet has been climbing since the mid 90’s. He tries to be an all-around climber and can scrap his way up pretty much any type of terrain. But trad and crack climbing is where he excels. Over the past 10 years he has established himself as one of the top crack climbers in the world. He has put up and repeated over 75 5.13/5.14 jamming testpieces. Some of his routes such as of Necronomicon (5.14-) and Mexican Snow Fairy (5.14-) outside of Moab, Utah are amongst the hardest cracks in North America.

Carreer Highlights:

Necronomicon (5.14-) FA
Mexican Snow Fairy (5.14-) FA
La Zebree (5.14-) First Redpoint
Hot Pork Sunday (5.13+) 2nd ascent
