Sterling Rope Company, Inc. accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit Card Validation Process
Once an order is submitted, there will be a $1 authorization charge to confirm the credit card is valid. When the order is ready to ship, an invoice is created in our system, at which point we will charge the balance due to your credit card.

Sales Tax
Sterling Rope Company, Inc. is required to charge applicable sales tax in states where we have a physical presence. Sterling collects applicable sales tax in states where we are required to do so, currently including CA, CO, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, NV, NJ, NC, OK, SC, UT, WA, and WI. We may also be compelled to charge sales tax in some states where we do not have a physical presence. Tax laws are always in flux, so our policies for various states may change without notice.

What is Limited Availability?

We are a US manufacturer and we keep a limited supply of select products in inventory. When your order is entered, our factory will check to see if we can ship right away or, if not, we’ll set to work to build your Sterling equipment to exacting standards. We appreciate your patience and we will contact you to confirm we’ve received your order and to let you know when it is expected to ship.
