Sarah Hueniken
Sarah is just another climbing addict that enjoys the constant battle of fighting gravity by whatever means and whatever season. An ACMG alpine guide based out of Canmore Alberta, her focus moves from chasing frozen water and chossy rock caves, to summer alpine multipitches and limestone pockets. When she isn't sharing her passion with her clients, she is searching for ways to satiate her own climbing and finding new places to explore. She has been a part of many first ascents, from high peaks in China, to ice climbs in Japan, Africa, the Canadian Rockies and Iceland, to rock routes in Newfoundland and the States. Highlights have included climbing M14, 5.13b, Niagara falls and most significantly, managing to get my 81 year old Dad and my boyfriend's 5 year old daughter, both out ice climbing on the same day!
