Abigail’s tip: "Don’t forget to warm up! It’s easy to get caught up in the psych when you get to the crag, but warming up is still extremely important to prevent injury. Bring some extra tools to the crag, like a band and an edge, to warm up with before getting on the wall. I also love squeezing my Needoh cube during the approach hike to gently start to warm up my fingers as I walk."
